6th Annual Greater Macon Sleepout

Fr. Ben has created a team for the 6th Annual Greater Macon Sleepout on February 28th. The Sleepout is an event where members of the community come together to show solidarity with people living homeless in Macon & raise funds to support services at Daybreak - Depaul USA's Day/Resource Center in Macon, Georgia. On this night, people in our community come together and sleep outside to show solidarity with the homeless and raise funds to support Daybreak. Every weekday in Macon, an average of 75 homeless men and women walk through the doors of Daybreak to find a warm welcome refuge, relationships, and support. They come to this unique program to eat breakfast, shower, wash clothes, visit the health clinic, grab a snack, and work with case managers. You can be a part of this by joining the St. Francis team with Fr. Ben and/or donating to the St. Francis Team. Each team is asked to raise $1,000 dollars. Watch a video on this event - YOUTUBE.
