At St. Francis Episcopal Church, we continue our journey with Christ and each other through lectionary classes and book studies. We offer a variety of opportunities for parishioners and guests to join us in our journey. Below you can find a list of our current Faith Formation opportunities.
Mindfulness: a seven-week class
Leaders: Jason and Dena Hobbs
Location: St. Francis Arts Center
Time: Saturdays at 10 am, April 7 - May 19
Mindfulness is a mental technique for focusing your awareness on the present moment. The class will center around the book "Mindfulness: An eight-week plan for finding peace in a frantic world" by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. Please use the discount code "stfrancis" for $10 off.
